About Us

Action Realty is a family-owned business started in 1982. Our company has been active in property management and real estate brokerage for over 30 years. We take pride in the level of service that we provide to our clients in all aspects of real estate, with a specialization in property management services.

Although our office is in San Antonio we service a wide area in and around San Antonio. The outlying cities and communities we cover include New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Seguin, Helotes, Bulverde and Spring Branch.

Our staff of dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional property managers has many years of combined experience in property management and real estate brokerage. While we are attentive and responsive to the needs of our tenants, we never forget that we work for our property owners and their interests are the highest priority. We work to maximize the owners’ cash flow by keeping their properties leased at the highest rate possible with a minimum of vacancy, while at the same time protecting the value of their properties by insuring that the properties are well maintained. We take great pride in providing a level of service that exceeds expectations.

Our staff utilizes state-of-the-art technology and accounting tools to insure that our record keeping and data base is the best available. We offer prompt direct deposit of owners’ funds, online payment of monthly lease payments, email notification of statements and property updates, and online access for owners to property and account information.
